I apply a holistic lens to treat depression, anxiety, and trauma using psychodynamic theories, somatic therapies, and Ayurvedic practices. 

MY BACKGROUND

Erin’s childhood of classical ballet and competitive swimming geared her towards mindful living as an adult. Erin believes in each person’s capacity to heal and grow, ultimately impacting the global community for the better.

Erin studied a variety of holistic practices to bring levity and spirit to her work.

  She became a licensed massage therapist, completed a 500-hr Ayurvedic Nutrition & Digestive Health Coaching program, and is passionate about psychedelic assisted therapy.

Erin’s path has come with many bumps and detours along the way.  She has learned how to welcome adversity and know when it’s time to surrender to the process.  Her specialty includes enhancing fertility and women’s reproductive health.

Erin’s message is clear:  “I am here to help you create space - safe, healing, cleansing space.  Your physical, emotional, and spiritual self deserves to feel spacious, healthy, and loved.”
