Talk therapy is a challenging and rewarding experience. You are placing yourself in a position to expose yourself, to drop the filters and speak your truth, usually about difficult topics. My role is to listen, like really listen, to support your enlightenment and healing process. It is my responsibility to provide comfort, at the same time, discover and deeply question certain life patterns that are causes blockages. I am here to support your creation of fresh ideas and see clear path forward.

Just as each body is so very unique, so is my approach to each body work session. I adapt throughout the session to meet the needs of each individual. Whether through Reiki or deep tissue work, my intention remains the same: “create space for healing.”

This is an experience to delve deep into the psyche and the body at the same time. I will guide the session with questions and discussions while using the power of touch to help you connect how your thoughts affect specific parts of the body. This session includes massaging of the abdomen, the home of our gut instinct and deep seated emotions. Abdominal massage is a powerful technique to promote healthy digestion, hormone balancing, and emotional release.
